This Tudor property on the outskirts of Marden, Kent, is a property that we have been working on over the last eight years.
The clients bought this property and have carefully renovated this building with a sympathetic approach to its age and the building materials that would have originally been used.
We undertook the exterior paint work five years ago. We have just been back to undertake some maintenance.
The windows and painted doors are in the equivalent to Farrow and Ball’s ‘Strong White’. The door surround colour is an equivalent to Farrow and Ball's ‘London Stone’.
The lime render has been decorated in a lime paint so the render can ‘breath’, and this is in an ‘off’ white colour.
This is another property that has been an absolute joy to work on and I hope to continue decorating it for years to come.
